This is my representation in UE4 of how towns backstreet can be looks like after post apocalypse inspired by Last of Us. I just made it based on photos of real abandoned backstreets and fabricks. All buildings are modular and made in Maya. Most of the probs and materials was taken from Megascans library and Unreal marketplace. Also several materials were upgraded for better vertex paintig. To sum up I used ray tracing to make the scene more realistic.
